E-Shipping Information
All our Pixie Patterns are shipped electronically via the E-Mail provided by PAYPAL.
Once Payment has been received, your pattern access information will be sent directly to the e-mail address provided to us by PAYPAL.
**Please ensure that your Paypal e-mail address is correct**
If not, please make sure to send your correct e-mail address in the "additional comments" section with your Paypal payment. These e-mails will be sent manually and can take12 hours to receive.
E-mails are sent immediately upon payment confirmation from Paypal. If you do not see the pattern access e-mail in your inbox, check your spam and junk folders. If it is still not there, contact us and we will re-send it immediately.
For e-checks, we will only send the patterns access e-mail once the e-check has cleared in our Paypal account. This can take 5-7 business days to occur.
